Integral decision-making criterion combines the criterion for selecting a suitable reconfiguration moment and alternative. The main idea of the proposed method is to combine the multifactor active diagnostic model, weighted utility and preference theory, decision-making technique under uncertainty with comparison methods for fuzzy trees with incomplete requirement. The general result is achieved by reducing the uncertainty of diagnostic data. Abstract

The adaptation both information and communication systems to variable external factors is implemented through the modernization activities. In this paper the problem of decision-making for adaptive system reconfiguration under uncertainty is considered. 信息通信系统对各种外部因素的适应是通过现代化活动来实现的。研究了不确定条件下自适应系统重构的决策问题。采用决策方法,根据诊断传感器网络采集的数据,检测重构需求,构建重构方案集,选择最优重构方案。整体决策准则结合了选择合适重构时刻和备选方案的准则。该方法的主要思想是将多因素主动诊断模型、加权效用和偏好理论、不确定决策技术与不完全需求模糊树的比较方法相结合。一般结果是通过减少诊断数据的不确定性来实现的。期望所提出的决策方法有助于提高系统在不确定情况下的适用性。
