The paper studies a systematic review on the existing technology and development in the field of Intelligent Transportation System. This is one area that has made enormous potential advancement from the vehicular ad-hoc network and internet of things technologies. The communication techniques in the field are shown and explained. The paper studies developments in the field over the years. The paper presents a systematic review on the important and prominent work in the field. A critical analysis of the work that has been done so far and that can be further taken forward is analyzed. The paper throws light on the challenges faced in the field of intelligent transportation system. The paper actually provides us a review of the developments in the field.

A model to study the behavior of pressure in a horizontal well subjected by both bottom water and Gas cap and bottom water drives at a late period has been developed using source function and numerical technique was used for the computation from the results. The following are pressure decreases with time to when tD=1000 and pressure derivative also decrease to when tD =100. The pressure became stable when tD ≥100 as shown in Figures 2,3 and 4. This behavior is an indication that reservoir fluid has encountered a boundary. From Figure 3 and 4, it was observed that the decline rate increases with time to a point when tD ≥100. At this point, the Gas cap which acts as a drive is not active. Hence, there will be no increase in production at this stage.

The article presents the results of research on possibility and efficiency of introducing neuromodeling in irrigation control systems. One of the most effective methods of reducing water supply, saving irrigation water and, as a consequence, the sustainability of agriculture, is the use of differentiated irrigation cycles. However, traditional approaches based only on the physical modeling of processes and relationships, on the one hand, often make it difficult to find effective solutions, and on the other, are difficult to put irrigation into practice. New data mining tools provide improved accuracy and simplicity of implementation by resolving complex relationships in large amounts of parameters and have great potential. In this regard, it seems appropriate to use methods of neural network data analysis. An approach based on a data mining model is proposed, namely a Kohonen neural network clustering model and GIS technologies.

The adaptation both information and communication systems to variable external factors is implemented through the modernization activities. In this paper the problem of decision-making for adaptive system reconfiguration under uncertainty is considered. The decision-making method is used to detect a need for reconfiguration, built a set of reconfigurations plans and choose the preferable one based on data collection from diagnostic sensor network. Integral decision-making criterion combines the criterion for selecting a suitable reconfiguration moment and alternative. The main idea of the proposed method is to combine the multifactor active diagnostic model, weighted utility and preference theory, decision-making technique under uncertainty with comparison methods for fuzzy trees with incomplete requirement. The general result is achieved by reducing the uncertainty of diagnostic data. It is expected that the proposed decision-making method will help to improve the systems’ suitability in the case of uncertainty.

One of the key problems in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) is the reduction of energy consumption. In order to increase the energy efficiency of agricultural production, the use of thermoelectric systems as microclimate control systems is promising. The quality of such systems largely depends on the level of applied technical and technological solutions and control and control algorithms. A generalized structure for the construction of energy-saving cooling and thermoelectric regenerative systems (TRS) to ensure the microclimate at agricultural facilities has been developed. The operator identification model of the TRS is constructed on the basis of parametric approximation of the temperature dependences of the system. The control algorithm of the TRS operation based on the identification method for multidimensional objects is developed. In order to test the proposed algorithm, a full-scale simulation of the control of a simplified TRS cooling module, namely a separate Peltier module RMT thermoelectric 1MS06-030-05, operating in active cooling mode, was carried out. The experiment has shown a significant difference between the transient’s duration of a correct (0.7 s) and defective (0.42 s) module RMT thermoelectric 1MS06-030-05 with a standard error of 0.068 s and a significance level <0.001 (t-value=13.622 for sample size 20). At the same time, the measurement of static parameters (resistance and Q-factor) did not reveal a 300 Kuzichkin O.R. et al. significant difference between a correct and defective module. In further research, it is planned to validate the proposed method by testing a wide variety of Peltier thermoelectric modules.
