Abstract

Hafei SaiBao ISG hybrid electric car is taken as the research object, on the basis of analyzing system configuration and operating mode, vehicle controller based on torque-sharing strategy is designed through the fuzzy algorithm design, variety of operating modes such as engine start-stop, hybrid-driven, engine independent drive and energy feedback are realized. Test results of prototype show that vehicle controller can meet the requirements of control function for ISG hybrid electric vehicle in variety of working modes.

基于模糊控制的ISG混合动力汽车整车控制器设计
以哈飞赛宝ISG混合动力电动汽车为研究对象,在分析系统配置和运行模式的基础上,通过模糊算法设计了基于转矩共享策略的整车控制器,实现了发动机启停、混合驱动、发动机独立驱动和能量反馈等多种运行模式。样机试验结果表明,车载控制器能够满足ISG混合动力汽车多种工作模式下的控制功能要求。
