Abstract
In the current research, spontaneous vibrational spectra resulted from two cells samples are investigated. The first sample, a mesenchymal stem cell derived from adipose tissue, is a sample of adult stem cell, which derived from human adipose tissue. The second sample was HepG2 cancer
cell which used as control cell. To reduce the effect of fluorescence during biospectroscopy, samples were cultured on quartz medium. Fifteen vibrational spectra were recorded for each sample and after processing and averaging, their differences were studied and it was identified that this
technique can be used as a strong cell fingerprinting method.
