WLAN Controllers Device Abstract: Monitoring of a network is important to support services to customers. This includes internet access services through WLAN technology owned by PT. Telkom namely Indonesia Wifi. PT. Telkom Akses is a subsidiary of PT. Telkom which provides and maintain good quality of Indonesia Wifi services. Assurance Division is one of the business units at PT. Telkom Akses, which has the task of carrying out the maintenance service process. Therefore, this division is required to always monitor the service so that repairs can be done quickly when errors are found. But there are still obstacles in carrying out these tasks, this is due to the results of monitoring the current monitoring system which is still obtained by downloading manually from the WLAN Controllers Device so that it takes a long time to repair the network. The integration of WLAN Controllers Device and the website-based Google Maps API using the Cron Job technique was built using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology as a system development method. WLAN Controllers Device is a data monitoring center and Google Maps API as a display of monitoring network data through a website which will then be integrated with the Cron Job technique to connect the two systems. The result of this monitoring system can facilitate the flow of data monitoring WLAN devices quickly and eliminate ineffective workflows to approximately 30%, while the speed of conducting maintenance services to access point locations with down status increases by 40% after using this system.
