The objective was to establish the degree of perception of the skills and the assessment of the activities of the teleworker by entrepreneurs with the use of new information technologies as a competitive improvement in the agricultural sector. The research is quantitative, applied with a 30-item instrument, with a reliability of 0.895, under a descriptive analysis, a sample of 367 organizations is characterized. The results show that teleworking has the ability to change the spatial and temporal flexibility of the work system. Abstract
