Abstract

As a super country in coal resources exploitation and utilization, China encounters ecological environment problems resulting from large-scale coal mining coupled with rapid economic development that have become increasingly serious such that they directly threaten regional ecological security and people's normal production and livelihood in some areas. How to formulate and implement an eco-friendly development plan is the key to realize sustainable exploitation and utilization of coal resources. 生态脆弱性评价在阜新矿区开发总体规划环境影响评价中的应用
中国作为煤炭资源开发利用大国,在经济快速发展的同时,煤炭大规模开采所带来的生态环境问题日益严重,直接威胁到区域生态安全和部分地区人民的正常生产生活。如何制定和实施生态友好型发展规划是实现煤炭资源可持续开发利用的关键。为评价辽宁阜新矿区开发布局的生态适宜性,建立了基于生态环境状态指数、生态敏感性指数和景观空间结构指数的生态脆弱性评价指标体系,并利用该指标体系对规划矿区的生态脆弱性进行了计算和分级。同时,在GIS的支持下,将研究区划分为适宜开发区、优化开发区、适度开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区五类,优化矿区布局,指导煤炭开采过程中的生态保护与建设。
