Abstract
Carbonylation of o-amino-N-(1,1-dimethylprop-2-ynyl)-benzamide 3 with ethyl chloroformate gave 2-carbethoxyamino-N-(1,1-dimethylprop- 2-ynyl)-benzamide 6. 邻氨基- n -(1,1-二甲基丙-2-炔基)-苯酰胺3与氯甲酸乙酯羰基化得到2-碳氧基氨基- n -(1,1-二甲基丙-2-炔基)-苯酰胺6。在基本条件下对6进行环化,得到的不是喹唑啉8,而是恶唑7。当3也在三乙基甲甲酸乙酯-乙酸酐混合物中回流时,形成2-乙酰氨基- n-(1,1-二甲基丙-2-炔基)-苯甲酰胺4作为主要化合物,3-(1,1-二甲基丙-2-炔基)-喹唑啉-4-(3H)- 1- 5的量可忽略。
