This structure mainly contains four parts of receiving and transmitting antennas, programmable attenuator with PIN diodes, and programmable phase shifter with varactor diodes. By changing the voltage bias of PIN diodes and varactor diodes, the transmission amplitude and phase can be varied separately, and the simulation results show good independent transmission properties. Abstract
We propose a reconfigurable transmission unit cell with independent and continuous modulations of amplitude and phase in C band.
