Sin embargo, es escaso el trabajo desarrollado para determinar cuales de estos interfieren de forma directa con tres de las dimensiones de la integracion (interna, con clientes y con proveedores), y como se pueden identificar en las organizaciones. Se realizo la revision de la literatura orientada a obtener una comprension razonable sobre los factores que influyen en la ICS para lograr el exito de su implementacion. Los principales factores de exito identificados son los recursos humanos, la estrategia de la organizacion, la comunicacion y las Tecnologias de la Informacion implementadas, existiendo un mayor acuerdo en los autores revisados en la importancia de los dos ultimos, que estan relacionados tanto a la integracion interna como a la externa.
