The radiant floor cooling system combined with displacement ventilation system in a typical office building located in Jinan was established using the TRNSYS program. The results showed that the energy consumption decreased by 3.3% to 7.5% when the different intermittent operation strategies were applied. The weatherforecast-based control strategy can improve indoor thermal environment by increasing/deceasing the water supply flow rate by up to 25% in advance. 地板辐射制冷系统作为一种热激活建筑系统,因其具有节能和转移建筑负荷的特点而备受关注。然而,由于建筑热质量对系统性能和室内环境影响较大的特点,需要认真考虑控制策略。此外,其性能与白天冷负荷的转移情况和不同天气条件密切相关,因此,如果忽略控制策略,实际运行将导致峰值负荷的增量。本研究提出了两种常见的控制策略,即间歇操作和基于天气预报的控制策略。采用TRNSYS程序建立了济南某典型办公楼地板辐射制冷与置换通风相结合的系统。结果表明,采用不同的间歇运行策略,能耗降低3.3% ~ 7.5%。基于天气预报的控制策略可以通过提前增加/减少供水流量达25%来改善室内热环境。研究结果表明,采用间歇运行和基于天气预报的控制策略可以调节地板辐射系统的运行,降低建筑能耗。
