Abstract

Dependences of dynamic non-linear capacitance on voltage for surface-mounted device (SMD) ceramic capacitors with nominal voltage of 2 kV and 5 kV are determined with the help of developed experimental setup. Such investigations are aimed on creation of nonlinear forming lines with nanosecond rise time SMD capacitors as a working body.
