The importance of neurogenic bladder dysfunction as a predictor of chronic kidney disease is discussed. Abstract
This literature review is devoted to a common problem in children – neurogenic bladder dysfunction. The main types of neurogenic bladder dysfunction (NBD) in children (overactive bladder, underactive («lazy») bladder, stress incontinence, vesico-vaginal reflux and giggle incontenence) are presented.
