Abstract
The article presents the results of a survey of organizations – founders of business companies created for the commercialization of the founders' developments. The issues of creating and using scientific and technological reserves in the founder organizations, the role of infrastructure units in supporting the activities of business companies and the founders' assessment of the conditions for the activities of small innovative enterprises are considered.
