Abstract

An efficient solution to the misleading solutions of decision-making problems is the study of consistency when the decision makers express their opinions by means of fuzzy preference relations. To elucidate the consistency of HFPRs, the S-ordinal consistency of HFPRs was proposed, and S-OCI was also proposed to evaluate the degree of consistency of a hesitant fuzzy preference relation by calculating the unreasonable 3-cycles in the directed graph.
