Abstract
Рассматриваются локальные теоремы о больших уклонениях для момента $T_n$ достижения уровня $n\in\mathbb{N}$ случайным блужданием в случайной среде. Получены точные асимптотики вероятностей ${\mathbf P}(T_n=k)$ в диапазоне параметра $k$, соответствующем зоне больших уклонений.
