Both healthful and diseased samples were gathered. Eleven fungal species: Fusarium oxysporium, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp, Alternaria sp, Aspergillus flavus, Colletotrichum sp, Aspergillus fumigatus, Rhizopus stolonifer, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Cladosporium sp. and Geotrichum candidum had been isolated at the duration of the research.
