This research was conducted with a quantitative correlational research method, using proportional sampling. with a sample of 382 students. The measurement tool uses two scales, namely social support scale and achievement motivation scale using the Spearman product moment correlation technique with the help of IBM Statistics 20 Version for Windows. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between social support and achievement motivation. The implication of this research is to develop student achievement and provide interventions to improve the quality of education. Abstract

Achievement motivation is a determinant of student achievement, students should have high achievement motivation regardless of the circumstances, when motivation for achievement is low, it will affect student achievement. Therefore it is necessary to look for factors that influence achievement motivation. 高中生社会支持与成就动机的关系
成就动机是学生成就的决定因素,学生在任何情况下都应具有较高的成就动机,当成就动机较低时,就会影响学生的成就。因此,有必要寻找影响成就动机的因素。本研究旨在确定社会支持与成就动机的关系,以及社会支持对Sidoarjo AL-Islam Krian高中学生成就动机的影响程度。本研究采用比例抽样的定量相关研究方法。样本是382名学生。测量工具使用两个量表,即社会支持量表和成就动机量表,采用Spearman积矩相关技术,借助于IBM Statistics 20 Version for Windows。分析结果表明,社会支持与成就动机之间存在着一定的关系。本研究的意义在于发展学生的学习成绩,并提供改善教育质量的干预措施。最大限度地提高教育质量可以增加学生的社会支持和成就动机。
