Phytochemicals screening are used some reagent that 's adapted to type of phytochemical test. Dpph methods are used to evaluate the antioxidant activities. The results showed that n-hexane extract contained steroids, tannins and saponins, IC50 value of 19.76 μg / mL. Ethyl acetate extract has steroid and tannin content, IC50 value of 12.91 μg / mL.
