Antidepresan aktiviteler \"zorla yuzdurme testi\" uygulanarak incelenmistir. 1,10,11 ve 12 numarali maddeler referans antidepresan ilac olarak kullanilan tranilsipromine esit veya daha yuksek aktivite gostermislerdir. Abstract

1-Fenil-, 1-tiyokarbamoil-, 1-N-substitue tiyokarbamoil- ve l-(4'-feniltiyazol-2'-il)-3-(2-naftil)-5-fenil/(2-furil)-2-pirazolin yapisinda oniki bilesigin sentezi yapilip, antidepresan ve antikonvulsan aktiviteleri incelenmistir. Maddelerin yapilari spektral bulgular ve elemantel analizle kanitlanmistir.
