The trapezoidal body has a wide variety of industrial implications especially in micro-electronic devices. By manipulating the geometric aspect ratios of the cavity and the wall and by fixing the total volume occupied by the solid and the cavity, the optimization process is handled. The purpose of this paper is minimizing the peak temperature by following the optimization procedure.
