Using the bacteriological method and the results of electron microscopy, high bactericidal activity of disinfecting compositions has been proven. Anti-yersiniosis activity and safety of both compositions were revealed in experimental pseudotuberculosis of conventional white mice. Simultaneous oral administration of the compositions under study to experimental animals limits the initiation and development of the infectious process and prevents the death of laboratory animals. Possible mechanisms of enhancing the biocidal activity of the tested disinfecting compositions are considered. Abstract

The paper presents the results of the antibacterial efficacy of disinfecting compositions based on copper nanoparticles and its oxides in antiseptic solutions of cetylpyridinium chloride and benzalkonium chloride against the causative agent of pseudotuberculosis Y. pseudotuberculosis of in vitro and in vivo experiments. Using the bacteriological method and the results of electron microscopy, high bactericidal activity of disinfecting compositions has been proven.
