Arturo Flores, Ph.D., is a lecturer and researcher at Universidad Anáhuac, Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico. Chae Young Chang, Ph.D., is assistant professor at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Northwest.
