Patient and Methods: Included 25 female patients with mixed urinary incontinence with failure of response to medical treatment and other forms of conservative methods underwent trans obturator tape insertion (TOT) and followed until six months postoperative. Results: TOT was successful in treatment of stress urinary incontinence, but 60% successful in treatment of urge incontinence 6 months post-operative.
