Abstract
In this paper, a decentralized energy management strategy for the fuel cell-ultracapacitor hybrid vehicle. Without communication between the fuel cell unit and ultracapacitor unit, this strategy not only achieves fluctuating load power splitting and recycles braking energy, but also ensures the global stability of system, which is the novelty of this paper.
