Informants in this study were English teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar District. The instrument in this study was an interview guide. Data collection techniques in this study were semi-structured interviews. 当前,信息通信技术在学习活动中,尤其是教师在学习过程中使用信息通信技术是非常必要和重要的,但教师在使用信息通信技术管理学习方面仍然存在困难和问题。因此,本研究的目的是找出教师在MTsN Tanah Datar地区实施基于ict的英语科目学习时存在的问题。这种类型的研究是采用定性方法的现象学。研究地点为新界南丹拿数据区,即新界南1号丹拿数据区、新界南3号丹拿数据区、新界南6号丹拿数据区、新界南10号丹拿数据区、新界南12号丹拿数据区及新界南17号丹拿数据区。本研究的调查对象为MTsN Tanah Datar区的英语教师。本研究使用的工具是访谈指南。本研究的数据收集技术为半结构化访谈。结果表明,教师在实施过程中存在的问题是:网络接入有限,设备/手段有限,准备工具/手段花费时间,没有达到学习目标。
