BMT (Baitul Maal-wat-Tamwil) is one type of financial institution regulated by the OJK or the Financial Services Authority, whose job is to regulate licensing, training and supervision. This rule was made based on Article 6 of the Financial Services Jurisdiction Law No. 21 of 2011, which authorize OJK to regulate, monitor, and administer licensing procedures for all financial services sector. As a legal issues have been regulated, although they do not play a significant role in their oversight. OJK acts as supervisory agency for the country’s financial service industry, creating an integrated regulatory and supervisory structure for all operations in the financial services sector. Law no. 1 of 2013 authorized. Article 5 paragraph 2 POJK No. 12/POJK.05/2014 confirms this. The author’s research approach is literature study. The legality of BMTs has not chaged, and many BMTs still prefer the legal cooperative form. This has consequences in the form that BMT is governed by rules governing cooperatives, particularly Law No. 25 of 1992.

Analisis Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Mutu Pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Bukittinggi 潘基特中学教育质量政策实施分析

The aims of this study were (1) to find out the implementation of quality policy in schools, (2) to prevent inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of quality policy in schools, (3) solutions to deal with obstacles to implementing quality policy in SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The research results show that. 1) analysis of the quality of education policy at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi seen from the very good input elements, one of which is the selection process for prospective students and teachers, in terms of the process there is continuous coaching for each teacher and employee in the form of training and coaching, in terms of output there is an assessment standard so that graduates have high academic and non-academic achievements. 2) The inhibiting factors for quality include: there are still teachers and education staff who do not understand the importance of quality/quality by educational institutions besides that, there are parties who are against school policies, giving rise to jealousy and differences of opinion. Supporting factors include: the availability of qualified educators and education personnel. Availability of facilities and infrastructure above the minimum standard. Availability of a conducive learning process environment, discipline and other supporting factors. 3) Solutions for overcoming obstacles to school quality policies are through dissemination of school policies, optimizing compliance with National Education Standards, strengthening commitment in achieving the goals of educational institutions. An important finding in this study is that SMPN 1 Bukittinggi can be said to be a quality school. This is because the three components of education quality have been fulfilled, namely: input, process and output as a whole.

Salawat Maulid Diba' is very popular among the community and Islamic boarding schools of the Nahdlatul Ulama family. The culture of reciting the Maulid Diba salawat has been passed down from generation to generation. Mawlid Diba's routine readings are able to influence the body and soul of the readers, including material and immaterial. This paper discusses Mawlid Diba' as an increase in the religiosity of Mahasantri Complex H Krapyak Ali Maksum Islamic Boarding School. Research Using a qualitative approach. The method used is phenomenology. This type of research is field research. The results of the study show that reading Mawlid Diba' activities can increase the religiosity of Mahasantri Complex H. In general, it can get used to positive activities, improve discipline, especially in managing time. Religiously, it can increase faith in Allah and the Messenger, increase love for Allah and the Messenger, emulate the example of the Apostle, strengthen friendship, make people happy, the mind is calm, and the heart is comfortable.

This study aims to find out how the management strategy of the madrasa head in improving the performance of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Padang Sidimpuan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research data obtained from interviews with research informants as many as 8 people. There are two data collection techniques in this study, namely observation and interviews. The results showed that the management strategy of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan on improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers through socialization and training. The implementation of the Madrasah head's strategic management in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Padang Sidempuan has been carried out. Teacher discipline development is carried out every monthly meeting. Evaluation of the implementation of the Madrasah Principal's strategic management in improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Padang Sidempuan can be seen from the performance of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri 1 Padang Sidempuan having good performance with a frequency of 96.25% the indicator can be fulfilled. In this case around 3.75% which is not fulfilled is in the shortage of learning media.

Pengaruh Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) terhadap Profesionalitas Guru 选修课教师(MGMP)对教师职能的影响

There are many factors that can influence teacher professionalism, one of which is subject teacher deliberations. Therefore, this study aims to influence subject teacher deliberations on social studies teacher professionalism in MTsN throughout Tanah Datar District. This research uses a type of quantitative research with the Ex-Post Facto method. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The population is social studies teachers at MTsN throughout Tanah Datar regency. The research sample was taken using random sampling by means of a lottery system. Data analysis using linear regression. The results showed that subject teacher deliberations had an effect on the professionalism of IPS teachers at MTsN Tanah Datar Regency by 57.4%. So it can be concluded that subject teacher deliberations affect teacher professionalism.

Komparasi Pemahaman Peserta Didik antara Sebelum dengan Sesudah Menerapkan Strategi Guided Note Taking 对学习者在使用Guided Note获取策略之前和之后的理解进行比较

In learning activities, teachers can apply various methods, models, and even strategies to support the achievement of goals. However, it should be noted that not all methods, models, and strategies are suitable and positively impact every learning activity. This research is conducted to determine students' understanding before and after implementing the guided note-taking strategy. In this comparative quantitative study, the researcher will compare students' understanding before and after implementing the guided note-taking strategy. The sample used consists of 21 XIth grade students selected through a random sampling technique. The research data was obtained from the students' comprehension test scores, which were evaluated in three periods: before, one week after, and two weeks after the intervention. One-way ANOVA was used as the statistical technique for measurement. Before and after one week of using the guided note-taking strategy, the findings of the research showed that there were variations in students' comprehension. Similarly, between before and after two weeks, and between after one week and after two weeks of implementing the strategy, students' comprehension increased.

The research data was obtained from the students' comprehension test scores, which were evaluated in three periods: before, one week after, and two weeks after the intervention. One-way ANOVA was used as the statistical technique for measurement. Before and after one week of using the guided note-taking strategy, the findings of the research showed that there were variations in students' comprehension. This study aims to increase the active learning of SMA Negeri 4 Bojonegoro students through project base learning. This research is included in the type of classroom action research which includes several cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class X-1 at SMA Negeri 4 Bojonegoro consisting of 33 students. The research instruments were observation sheets, questionnaires and documentary evidence. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data selection, data simplification, and conversion of raw data from field notes. Based on the results of pre-cycle observations of student activity by 48% in the "very less" category and after implementing project-based learning in cycle I, the percentage of student activity became 65% in the "enough" category, and increased in the results of observations in cycle II which showed a percentage of 81%. into the "good" category. The results of giving a questionnaire in the pre-cycle were 3.22 with the "enough" category after implementing project-based learning in cycle I, the student response score was 3.78 with the "active" category. After the second cycle of action, the score for student learning activity increased to 4.65 in the "very active" category. Based on the research results, the Project Based Learning learning model can increase student activity in learning.

This research aims to determine the quality of multiple-choice items in the Odd Semester Final Exam for the 2022/2023 academic year of Islamic Education subject in SMA Negeri 1 Padang, focusing on the aspects of difficulty level, discrimination power, and distractor quality. This study employs a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research consists of 420 students, which represents the entire population, using a total sampling technique. The data collection method utilized in this study is documentation. The data analysis technique employed is ANATES version 4. Based on the difficulty level calculation using ANATES version 4, the results showed that out of 50 items, 3 items (6%) were classified as difficult, 12 items (24%) as moderate, and 35 items (70%) as easy. Regarding the discrimination analysis using ANATES version 4, out of 50 items, 18 items (36%) were categorized as poor, 17 items (34%) as fair, 14 items (28%) as good, no items were categorized as very good, and 1 item (2%) was categorized as a negative item, which indicates the need for removal or replacement. Lastly, based on the analysis of distractor quality, 15 items (30%) were found to have effective distractors, while 35 items (70%) had ineffective distractors.

This study aims to determine the efforts to instill religious values in the family in order to increase adolescent religious awareness in the Batahan sub-district, Mandailing Natal Regency. As well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the cultivation of religious values in the family in order to increase adolescent religious awareness in Batahan sub-district, Mandailing Natal district. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that: 1. Efforts to inculcate religious values in the family to increase adolescent religious awareness in Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency were carried out using several methods, namely the exemplary method, the habituation method, the supervision method, the advice method and the punishment method. This is done so that children always have good behavior and have a high level of religious awareness so that children do not fall into unwanted things. 2. Factors supporting the inculcation of religious values in the family to increase adolescent religious awareness in Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, namely having a harmonious family, being in a healthy social circle, and having a good living environment. while the inhibiting factors for instilling religious values in the family to increase adolescent religious awareness in Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency are children who are in a less harmonious family condition, low socioeconomic status, children have unhealthy associations and are in a lively environment. full of bad influences.

Education is an effort to change behavior to be better than before, behavior change for students does not only cover the learning material provided, but instilling the character values of students requires strategies, behavior modification as a model that can be internalized and applied so that it becomes a permanent attitude as the main characteristic a student. The problem of this research: Character education which is proclaimed is a program that has no pattern, the research question is how is the internalization of the value of character education based on talaqqi culture in Islamic boarding schools? This study aims to describe the talaqqi strategy in implementing character education through the internalization of the moral values of the Islamic boarding school culture in Nurul Hakim, Kediri, West Lombok. The research approach is qualitative and the type of research is descriptive. Retrieval of data using non-participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, inductive data analysis. Validity test with credibility, dependability, confirmability, and discussion with peers. The results of the study show that the formation of the character of the students is carried out simultaneously by the teacher, environmental support, ustadz, and the culture of the Islamic boarding school. The character of the santri is formulated in the form of the Five Souls of Islamic Boarding Schools or the five souls of Islamic boarding schools which consist of a soul of sincerity, a spirit of Islamic ukhuwah, a spirit of independence, a spirit of simplicity, and a spirit of limited freedom. The instilled characters can be seen from the attitude of the students when they are inside and outside the Islamic boarding school environment. This research contributes to strengthening the elements of fostering character education through habituation carried out by educators by setting a noble example in the Islamic boarding school environment.
