Application of chemometric methods allowed for reduction of multidimensionality of the data set and grouped the samples into differentiable clusters. The relationship between the antioxidant activity and total polyphenol content was also assessed. The results indicated that extracts with the higher polyphenolic content exhibited the stronger antiradical activity against both DPPH· radicals and ABTS·+ cation radicals. Abstract
