In doing business, the thing that is always the center of attention of business people is the loyalty of customers in buying products that are traded. In the following article there are several discussants related to matters that affect customer loyalty in customer satisfaction. Some of these variables include product quality, price and service. The following research uses a quantitative method, the sample of this study is the Millennial generation in Batam City, with a total sample of 271 data collected via Google Forms and data processing using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The following research findings indicate that product quality, price and service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract
In today's business world, business is growing rapidly to enter the international world from year to year.
