Abstract
Undeveloped, neglected and then abandoned post-industrial areas often located in a short distance from city centers have become, on one hand a major problem for city stewards due to the formation of dead urban tissue disturbing the continuity and cohesion of urbanized areas, on the other hand are spaces with high potential for a good location.
