Small areas of 42 are recommended as the division of the asphalt pavement compaction uniformity evaluation method based on construction depth variation, and the use of \n \n \n \n C\n \n \n v\n 4\n \n \n ≥\n 8.0\n \n as the evaluation standard for the segregation of asphalt pavement is recommended. Abstract

基于施工深度变化的沥青路面压实均匀性评价
对铺装、压实后的混合料均匀性进行连续监测和实时反馈,对指导施工、提高沥青路面使用寿命具有重要意义。因此,本研究采用最新的数字图像技术,对沥青路面按设定的参数进行铺装、压实后的图像采集。对采集到的图像进行二值灰度、滤波、直方图、小颗粒滤波等预处理,建立了路面数字图像施工深度P的计算方法。在此基础上,提出了用施工深度变异系数评价沥青路面均匀性的方法。基于依赖项目的100幅图像计算变异系数,并与实际图像进行比较。结果表明,所开发的计算程序得到的数字图像的构造深度变异系数符合实际情况,并结合了计算结果的关联度。基于施工深度变化的沥青路面压实均匀度评价方法建议采用42的小区域划分,建议采用c4≥8.0作为沥青路面离析的评价标准。该方法是一种新的、快速的评价和检测沥青路面均匀性的方法。
