With the development of technology, the effect of cesium adsorbent and the maintenance of vacuum degree on the life of the beam tube have been very small, as the commercial optical pumping cesium beam tube (OPCBT) adopts the method of optical detection, the life of OPCBT can be calculated without considering the influence of multiplier. Therefore, this article focuses on flow and distribution of cesium atoms ejected from the cesium oven of OPCBT, points out the quantitative relationship among the oven temperature, the amount of cesium elemental and the life of cesium beam tube.
