Analytical methods play an important role to describe physicochemical properties of drug. Several techniques for estimating curcumin in turmeric powder and pharmaceutical formulations have been developed to improve the demand for analytical methods of curcumin. Abstract
Curcumin natural chemical constituents extracted from Curcuma longa has been extensively studied because of its various pharmacological properties, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-proliferative, antitumor, antibiotic, antiprotozoal, immunomodulatory and anticarcinogenic effects.
