The main objectives of this study are to assess the level of stress among employed mothers and to find out association between stress and selected demographic variables. A non-experimental descriptive design was used in the study. Stress level of employed mothers between the age group of 20-50 years assessed by using rating scale. Collected data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The study found that majority (50%) experienced only mild stress.
