Abstract

Control system of elevator door is a typical motor servo system, elevator door switch is the implementing agency. With the rapid development of the national economy, modern buildings is increasing, elevator is becoming an indispensable tool in daily life. Elevator normal operation is relation to personal safety, therefore, the elevator door not only demand the switch of action reliable and accurate, but also a rapid responsive and dynamic characteristics, and this put forward a higher requirements for the rotor and the position sensor. 基于电梯门机伺服系统的位置传感器磁编码器研究
电梯门套控制系统是典型的电机伺服系统,电梯门套开关是执行机构。随着国民经济的快速发展,现代建筑日益增多,电梯正成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的工具。电梯的正常运行关系到人身安全,因此,电梯门套的开关动作不仅要求可靠、准确,而且要具有快速响应和动态特性,这就对转子和位置传感器提出了更高的要求。磁编码器结构紧凑、成本低、可靠性高,本文采用永磁同步电机作为电梯门电机的实现,采用磁编码器作为转子位置检测,分析了磁编码器的工作原理,设计了磁编码器的信号处理电路和电机DSP接口控制电路,并采用了绝对位置信号空间矢量控制,实验结果表明,该控制系统运行良好。
