Abstract

The traditional mobile application development difficult, costly, cumber some management and other issues, the paper based on mobile cloud computing technology, combined with the Android platform presented in English teaching online translation system design, improved the traditional mobile application development and deployment for unified CCS management of virtual resources to provide good network application services.
