Combined with the simple flow control method and low discharge energy of all vanadium battery energy storage system, this paper proposes a flow control method based on fuzzy algorithm to improve the energy efficiency of all vanadium flow battery energy storage system. Fuzzy controller which is applicable to the system is designed, charging and discharging power, SOC, frequency of the inverter are fuzzy modeling and optimal flow control strategy is produced by fuzzication, reasoning machine and defuzzification. The experiments show that flow control method based on fuzzy algorithm can effectively control the flow and improve discharge energy of all vanadium battery energy storage system.

This paper proposes a new approach for clustering English text documents, based on finding the pair wise correlation of documents in a given set of text documents. The correlation coefficient for each pair of documents is calculated on the basis of ranks given to the words in the documents. The ranking of the words occurring in a document is computed on the basis of weights of the words calculated according to the conventional TF-IDF factor. The proposed method is found to be able to cluster a given set of text documents into a number of classes depending on their contents where the number of classes is not known a priori. It is revealed from experimental results that the proposed method of text categorization using correlation coefficient performs better than some of the other text categorization methods, including methods that use artificial neural network.

Mutation Testing is one of the most supportive black-box testing approaches that performs the operator based analysis over the program statements to analyze the impact of work. In this work, a decision tree based work is defined to generate the possible mutation for a java program. The decision tree is here defined to reduce the test cases so that the efficiency over the operator check will be obtained. The work is here defined for both the traditional as well as class operators. The obtained results from the system shows the effective generation of test cases.

Agriculture is the back bone of Indian economy. Timely and sufficient supply of water is the most important requirement for agriculture. There is a continuous need of monitoring the moisture level at agriculture lands. The focus is on developing project with a simple GUI system along with mathematical modelling of a new and cost effective irrigating system. This paper introduces an automatic module to supply appropriate amount of water to the field by sensing the crop humidity requirement. It even reduces probability of soil erosion and protects the crop rotting due to over irrigation during heavy rainfall with advanced rainfall unit. This system will be economical in terms of hardware cost and power consumption. It proposes a humidity level sensor at field where sprinkling has to be done w.r.t. The quantity of water needed. The circuit monitors the water level of the tank, to prevent dry run and damage to pump.

In this paper, a novel metal-plate monopole antenna is presented for indoor digital television (DTV) signal coverage in the 468-880MHz band. The proposed antenna consists of two orthorhombic metal-plates with symmetrical bevels, a top-uploaded metal-plate and a ground plane. Simulation results show that the antenna achieves a bandwidth ranging from 468MHz to 880MHz which covers the DTV band (470-860MHZ) and shows stable radiation patterns in three coordinate planes.

In EDFA(Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier) the gain flattening is a very important issue. EDFA plays a very important role in WDM optical applications. The purpose of this project is to correct the gain non-uniformity for each channel in order to equalize the amplitude gain in a wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) system. The system is simulated using Optisystem 12 software to achieve gain flatness of EDFA through optimized fiber length and pump power. The gain are flattened within 32±0.36dB from 1546nm to 1558nm band of wavelength with noise figure (NF) <;7dB and bit error rate (BER) <;10-10 for 16channels simultaneous amplification in a single stage EDFA. A WDM system which includes an EDFA is modeled and obtained maximum uniformed gains. We have achieved the quality factor nearly of 6.

The main aim of this paper is to design a parameterized 32 bit floating point multiplier which is based on IEEE 754-2008 binary interchange format. The proposed work is capable of checking overflow and underflow using corresponding flags by flagger circuit. In this design rounding modes are also considered based on the two bit control signal provided as input such as round to nearest even, round to zero, round to positive infinity and round to negative infinity for better accuracy of output result. The delay summary report generated presents a chart of some of the delay list in implementing the design, the numbers of signals are completely routed in this design. The total gate delay is 22.94ns. The xpower analyzer tool is used to calculate power of this implemented design which comes out to be 34mw. The proposed design of floating point multiplier format is implemented on Xilinx virtex-6, Xp6gls240t family, 40 nm technology, which is having top level source as HDL, the synthesis tool used is XST (Verilog/Vhdl), and the preferred language is Verilog. The core is verified against Xilinx floating point multiplier and simulation has been done on unified ISE simulator.
