Abstract
Summary Osteochondroma is the most common benign bone tumor. It is usually derived from the metaphyseal regions of long bones. Osteochondroma of the ilium is rarely seen in the pediatric population. Surgery is the recommended treatment of iliac osteochondroma in symptomatic patients due to the risk of malignant transformation to chondrosarcoma. We report a case of an iliac osteochondroma.
