Abstract
Abstract Christianity in China has undergone significant changes in its development in the last three decades and more. It has become the source of a new spiritual force in Chinese society, offering support to China's social development and its movement for liberty and human rights. Christianity has affected China in an important way in the cultural globalization process, and China's democratization process is a part of the cultural globalization process too. Family churches are causing serious changes in China's state–society relationship.
