应用型本科开设写作与交际课程的必要性与途径
在应用型本科专业教学体系建设中,突出“应用”的价值,培养具有较强社会适应能力和竞争力的高素质人才,这对大学生的沟通、写作、团队合作和创新能力都有一定的要求。目前,大学生在写作方面存在很多问题,对写作课程重视不够,过多地依赖人工智能来写作,缺乏创作独立性。写作技能的缺乏也带来了许多问题,因为许多学生在进入社会后发现很难写项目书和申请论文,这无助于他们快速适应工作场所。同时,沟通能力也是毕业生刚进入职场时的重要考核因素,而这一阶段的许多通识教育课程都忽视了沟通能力的培养。因此,为了快速解决传统写作课程教学模式的困境,辽宁对外贸易经济合作学院开设了“写作与交际”课程,以提高学生在职场的写作与交际能力为出发点和落脚点,以学生为中心。通过创新教学模式和改进考核评价,帮助学生提高职场写作和沟通能力,培养批判性思维能力,提高学生的综合素质,培养应用型人才。
