工业工作实习对职业高中学生就业技能的影响
工业劳动实践是高职院校为培养具有相应行业技能的毕业生所做的努力之一,通过工业劳动实践,学生可以提高就业能力,提高自我就业素质。本研究旨在找出DPIB SMK PU Negeri万隆十二班工业学生的工作实习描述,了解DPIB职业高中十二班学生的工作能力描述,并找出工业实习对DPIB职业高中十二班学生就业能力技能的影响程度。本研究采用的研究方法是定量方法的关联研究。本研究人群为DPIB十二班学生,共69名学生,研究样本为49名学生。数据收集技术使用问卷调查工业工作实践和就业技能,本研究的结果显示一般。总体而言,DPIB十二班学生的就业技能总体描述呈现“足够高”的趋势,工业工作实践对DPIB十二班学生的就业技能有显著影响。
