Data were collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire via a google form. Prerequisite tests performed were normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test with SPSS application. The results of the prerequisite test state that all data are normally distributed, two independent variables have a linear relationship, the respondents from a homogeneous sample, there are no symptoms of multicollinearity, and two independent variables do not occur heteroscedasticity. Data were analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation analysis. The results showed that the influence of transformational leadership of the madrasah principal on the quality was 0.846 (strong correlation), with an effect of 71.6%. In addition, the influence of teacher performance on the quality of madrasah was 0.740 (strong correlation), the effect is 54.8%. 伊斯兰学校校长变革型领导与教师绩效对伊斯兰学校教学质量的影响
本研究旨在探讨伊斯兰学校校长变革型领导与教师绩效对伊斯兰学校教学品质的影响。本研究使用的方法是定量方法的描述性方法。本研究的样本是印度尼西亚西苏门答腊岛索洛克州伊斯兰高中(MAN)的70名教师。数据收集采用李克特量表问卷通过谷歌表格。采用SPSS软件进行正态性检验、线性检验、齐性检验、多重共线性检验和异方差检验。前提检验结果表明,所有数据均为正态分布,两个自变量具有线性关系,被调查者来自同质样本,不存在多重共线性症状,且两个自变量不发生异方差。数据分析采用简单回归、多元回归和偏相关分析。结果表明:伊斯兰学校校长变革型领导对教学质量的影响为0.846(强相关),影响率为71.6%;此外,教师绩效对伊斯兰学校教学质量的影响为0.740(强相关),效果为54.8%。此外,伊斯兰学校校长变革型领导与教师绩效对伊斯兰学校质量的影响为0.861(强相关),效应为73.3%,其他因素影响剩余的26.7%。
