One Isolate (LMU7) had a great ability to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and putrefactive bacteria. The 16S ribosomal RNA gene from one isolate could be amplified by PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) and show a single band on a 2% (w/v) agarose gel. 北苏拉威西省北米纳哈萨地区产Langsat果实抗菌剂乳酸菌的16S核糖体RNA基因测序鉴定
