This paper uses interviews to understand the students' English learning situation, constructs an English teaching IFS, and uses the online recommendation algorithm in data mining to analyze the data of the students' English learning situation in the system. Abstract

With the improvement of my country's international status and closer exchanges with other countries, English is the universal language of the world.
