The control effects after this spraying were 51.9% and 96.8%, respectively, and the control effect of spraying at 2.5 × 10 m was better than at 6 × 10 m. Abstract

在棉菇栽培室内利用棉菇芽孢杆菌生物防治棉菇Lycoriella mali(双翅目:棉菇科)
在双孢蘑菇的栽培过程中,采用昆虫病原线虫carpocapsae对马利莱氏菌进行了有效的生物防治。两种产自韩国的山楂产品的浓度分别为6 × 10 m和2.5 × 10 m。通过对双孢子粉栽培室内稻田秸秆培养基和土壤中双孢子粉幼虫密度的调查,每30 cm平均双孢子粉幼虫数量分别为0.8和22.2只,双孢子粉幼虫主要分布在土壤中。6 × 10和2.5 × 10 m喷施一次的防治效果在第14天高于第7天。因此,我们在第14天研究了6 × 10和2.5 × 10 m 2次喷施的防治效果。喷施后的防治效果分别为51.9%和96.8%,2.5 × 10 m喷施的防治效果优于6 × 10 m喷施。双氟苯脲WP的防治效果低于50%。
