Band gap and crystallite size of the nanoparticles are quite antiphonal to doping concentration. Abstract

Cadmium Selenide (CdSe) nanoparticles are synthesized by a simple and cost effective one pot synthesis method and incorporated size selective precipitation to get powder samples.
