The senior expertise of rehabilitation nursing in Iran and Melbourne University was collected. Abstract

Introduction: The comparison of different educational programs in nursing can improve the content and quality of the educational program and respond to the needs of the society in order to educate and provide the nursing workforce; Therefore, this comparative study was carried out in order to know more about the similarities and differences between the rehabilitation nursing curriculum of Iran and the University of Melbourne. 伊朗与澳大利亚墨尔本大学康复护理课程比较研究
前言:通过对不同护理教育方案的比较,可以提高护理教育方案的内容和质量,满足社会对护理人才培养和供给的需求;因此,为了进一步了解伊朗康复护理课程与墨尔本大学康复护理课程的异同,我们进行了对比研究。方法:采用比较研究、课程设置、硕士学位、康复护理、澳大利亚课程、伊朗等关键词,对2023年康复护理硕士学位课程的相关资料进行比较描述性研究,并对该专业的历史和细节进行回顾。收集伊朗和墨尔本大学康复护理方面的资深专家。然后,采用Bereday模型对数据进行描述、解释、关联和比较四个阶段的分析。结果:伊朗与墨尔本大学康复护理硕士学位项目在录取方式、录取条件、学科性质、任务以及视角等方面存在差异。结论:为了提高伊朗康复护理教育的质量,尝试像墨尔本大学那样,针对特殊人群开展具体的康复临床技能教学,并在教学过程中加入社会的参与,可以取得丰硕的成果;因此,在课程的修订中,应比以往更多地考虑循证护理的使用。
