SYSTEMATIZATION OF SANCTIONS RESTRICTIONS ON AGENTS FINANCIAL MARKET OF RUSSIA

Abstract

Цель статьи – исследование типологии рестрикций, введенных недружественными странами на финансовый рынок Российской Федерации и его участников в 2022 году. В статье определена сущность и природа происхождения рестрикций, предложена их классификация в соответствии с различными критериями, проведена оценка экономического воздействия санкционных ограничений на финансовый рынок России и его ключевых субъектов в зависимости от степени тяжести рестрикций. Также приведены результаты опроса общественного мнения в контексте влияния санкций на развитие экономики России в целом и ее отдельных отраслей. Научная новизна заключается в систематизации санкционных рестрикций в отношении агентов финансового рынка России в соответствии с различными критериями, в т.ч. по источникам происхождения, типам воздействия и тяжести экономических последствий. The purpose of the article is to study the typology of restrictions imposed by unfriendly countries on the financial market of the Russian Federation and its participants in 2022. The article defines the essence and nature of the origin of restrictions, proposes their classification in accordance with various criteria, assesses the economic impact of sanctions restrictions on the financial market of Russia and its key subjects, depending on the severity of restrictions. The results of a public opinion poll in the context of the impact of sanctions on the development of the Russian economy as a whole and its individual industries are also presented. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of sanctions restrictions against agents of the Russian financial market in accordance with various criteria, including sources of origin, types of impact and severity of economic consequences.
