Mills' and Jean Helms Mills' lifelong experience in studying gender, intersectionality and historiography in airline cultures. Abstract

PurposeThe aim of this paper is to provide insights on Albert J. Mills' and Jean Helms Mills' lifelong methodological journey in the airline culture.
