The approach to this study uses a type of research that is consecutive sampling. Subjects who came sequentially and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study. The research subjects came from the target population, namely: all primigravidas aged 20-27 years with second trimester pregnancies who visited Air Itam Pangkalpinang Health Center and Depati Hamzah Hospital. Abstract

Pregnant women with pregnancies, especially in the second trimester, require efforts to maintain and improve their health and extra attention so that their health conditions are maintained.
